You can’t change it but you can give access to another email. Here’s how to do it:
Go to Settings -> Access and add a new user with admin role.
An email invitation will be sent. Use it to login to your account and remove access to the old email by setting Role to inactive.
If you forgot your password, on the login page there is a reset password link where you can have it changed.
